FAQs

Where can I find your timetable?

Our timetable is located on MINDBODY App. Currently we are running 90+ classes a week.

How do I book into a class?

We use the MINDBODY online booking system. The easiest way to book your class is to download the MINDBODY app. On the app you can book, waitlist, reschedule and cancel classes. Bookings open 30 days in advance and close 1 hour before start time.

What if I’m on the waitlist?

Always join the waitlist. Waitlists move quickly and you are highly likely to get into the class. Depending on the settings on your app you will receive a text and/or email when you have been taken off the waitlist. It’s best to check and refresh your bookings in the app where your booking will turn from ‘waitlisted’ to ‘booked’. Keep in mind you could be added to a class up to 30minutes before so if you no longer want your spot in the waitlist make sure you cancel and we can notify the next participant.

What do I need to know for my first class?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class. The instructor will give you our T&C’s form to fill out, help you with the equipment and answer any questions you may have. Please let the instructor know before class any injuries you have.

What do I bring?

Please wear comfortable activewear to our classes that enable you to move freely. Socks are essential for reformer classes due to hygiene reasons. We do have spares if you forget or grippy socks for purchase. Mats are provided for Yoga and Mat Pilates however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring a sweat towel to gym classes.

How many people are in each class?

Reformer Pilates and Gym= 12 participants

Yoga, Barre and Mat Pilates = 15 participants

Mums and Bubs = 5 participants

Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations need to be made more than 1 hour prior to your class. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; however we have limited spaces available and waitlists for a lot of our classes. Cancelling a class as soon as possible will allow waitlisted clients to take your place in the class.

I am pregnant, can I attend classes?

Yes! Please let the instructor know so we can offer alternative exercises and help you through the classes.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes we have gift vouchers available to purchase at the studio.

Can I still attend a class with an injury?

It depends on your injury. You may need to talk to your GP/Physio before you attend a class. Always let your instructor know if you have an injury and we can try find alternative exercises for you to do. Keep in mind we are group classes and some injuries may be quite challenging for both the injured client and the instructor to manage in a group setting
