  • Reformer Pilates

    This class is performed on reformer pilates machines that use different weighted spring combinations to create resistance. Pilates is the exercise of choice for those looking to strengthen, balance, lengthen and tone.

  • Mat Pilates

    Mat pilates uses the body weight for exercise, focusing on building core strength and is suitable for all fitness levels. We have mats and equipment at the studio, however you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • Pilates Circuit

    Pilates circuit is a 45 minute class using all different types of pilates equipment including; hand weights, reformers, cadillac, wunda chair, barrels and arcs. The class is suitable for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace.

  • Yoga

    We have a range of yoga instructors all bringing their individual style to provide classes that promote strength and flexibility as well as mindfulness and relaxation.

  • Barre

    Barre combines elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training to give you a great full body workout.

  • Boxing

    A 45min boxercise class that combines boxing and cardio to create a stress busting fun workout for any fitness level. We have gloves and inners at the studio however you can bring your own if you prefer.

  • Gym Circuit

    This is a 45 minute interval class cardio and strengthening exercises with small breaks
